I always try my best and usually do get orders out within 5 business days or earlier but in order to ensure the best quality our turnaround time is 5-15 business days from when your order is placed. 
Note: All orders placed after August 8th will ship the first week of September as I will be taking a few weeks maternity leave 
We ship worldwide using Canada Post. We charge a flat rate based on the weight of your parcel and destination.  Once your item(s) have been shipped you will be sent your tracking number (tracking is only available on shipments throughout Canada and the USA). Tracking will only be provided for orders that chose the tracked shipping option at checkout. Expected delivery is 1-2 weeks in Canada, 2-3 weeks in the U.S. and 3-4 weeks in the rest of the world. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once these items have been shipped we no longer are in control of when it will arrive at your door step. We ship from Vancouver, BC so the closer you are to us the sooner you should receive your items. 
**If any items on your order are preorder the entire order will ship when that item is ready. We don’t split shipping and can no longer someone orders. Once your order is placed we are unable to edit it so please be sure to double check before you submit your order. 
FREE SHIPPING On regular priced orders over $150. FREE SHIPPING during sales is a $200 minimum throughout Canada
NOTE: Local pick up will not be available August 4- early September 
We now offer local pick up. Our office is located right near the North Vancouver Automall. When you place your order you will have the option to ship or pick up. When you place your order for local pick up we will email you as soon as its ready to be picked up. When we email you your pick up confirmation we will give you the pick up days/times for that week. If you don't pick up within 2 weeks of getting your pick up confirmation we will send you an invoice for shipping cost ($10.00) and ship your order as soon as it’s paid. Pick up days will vary week to week but will be from 9:30-1. We are not available for pick up in the evenings or on weekends.
We are happy to provide a return or exchange if you change your mind or are unhappy with your purchase. We require that you contact the shop within 5 days of receiving your order and that the item is returned in its original condition and with tags still attached. The purchaser will be responsible for the cost to ship the return. Once they have been received you will be refunded/credited (original shipping charges will not be refunded). If you wish to do an exchange please contact tinybuttonapparel@gmail.com to ensure the item/size is available and leave a note with your return. Shipping of the replacement item will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
